The S-Series line of sensors is the oldest line of sensors, with more than a 15 year track-record. The package is very similar to the ‘7-Series’, and in many applications may be used interchangeably. While typical applications such as ambient CO and H2S are addressable with this sensor, it is built using machined parts for extreme tolerance, and is somewhat higher –priced than the corresponding R-Series.
